Spectacular Adventure Cycling Dalmatian Coast.

Well thought out itinerary from start to finish. The cycling was challenging but not exhausting. Enjoyed staying in the small villages but also being able to visit the larger cities. Loved cycling through vineyards and olive groves and stopping at roadside cafes. Our guides were knowledgeable, fun and attentive. Would definitely recommend ACE to friends and return for another adventure in the future

I've done six trips with Ace Adventure now and they've all been excellent. This year was the Peaks of the Balkans, excellent scenery and great guide.

Our fourth trip with Ace Adventures and it didn't disappoint. We did the Peaks of the Balkans. The views were amazing getting up high in the mountains. Tough walks but worth it. Our guide vessna was excellent and looked after us well.

Unforgettable Biking Adventure from Split to Dubrovnik!

We just came back from a 7-day biking adventure through Croatia, from Split to Dubrovnik, and it was simply incredible! I did the trip with my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was really well planned. We loved how each day mixed good biking with time to relax, swim, explore, and try local food and wine. The accommodation was simple and budget-friendly, but in amazing locations – right by the sea, close to small beaches where we could swim in the morning or even under the stars. The bike routes were thoughtfully planned with a great mix of challenge and leisure, and we appreciated the balance between the more active and more relaxed days. We opted for classic bikes, which worked perfectly for us. The support team was fantastic – always friendly and ready to help. When my tire went flat one day, the guide spotted it right away and had it fixed in no time. We went in September, and the weather was absolutely perfect for biking – sunny, warm, and clear every day, around 25–26°C, ideal for cycling and swimming. All in all, it was a beautifully organized, unforgettable experience that combined adventure, nature, culture, and relaxation in the best possible way. Highly recommended! 🚴‍♀️🌊🍷

Excellent walking in a rarely visited country

The Serbian hiking trip was excellent. We really enjoyed visiting this country, with its very complex history. There was some beautiful hiking. The hotels we stayed in were all excellent and even the guesthouse was to a high standard with en-suite bathrooms. The good we had was plentiful and exceeded my expectations, especially the cheese pie. Our guide was very well informed and made sure everything was to plan. Would thoroughly recommend this holiday and ACE holidays

Brilliant Serbian walking tour with A.C.E.

Fantastic guided walking tour in Serbia with guide Misa. 7 days walking in the mountains along mixed in with other activities such as wine tasting & a walking tour of Belgrade old city. We booked a private tour as there were 13 of us and we loved it. Great accomodation & the food was amazing, as were the views from the mountains. Misa brought so much to the trip with all his local knowledge. Thoroughly recommend

Danube River Cycling

Just back from cycling along the Danube River with ACE Adventures for a week and it was an amazing holiday. The tour is well structured so I really feel like I got to experience Serbia. Plenty of cycling through stunning countryside. The bikes provided are a good quality. Accommodation was really good. Zoran our tour leader is knowledgeable, supportive, took good care of us and is good fun. If you are a woman travelling on your own, this is a great company to use for travelling through the Balkans.

Fantastic adventure vacation with Ace Adventures

We had a fantastic tour with Ace Adventure, comparable and better than tours we did with Backroads in the Dolomites and Switzerland in previous years. Misa was great with communication and customizing the tour for our family of five with teenagers, combining cycling with additional days of hiking and even a day of rafting on the Tara. Our guides David and Boban made sure we had an amazing time. They knew the routes and areas well, and with the support van and two ebikes, were able to tailor the riding to the right level for our individual abilities, and adapt well to an unforeseen road closure. When my wife was interested in spending a bit more time on history, they were able to add a small detour to Cetinje. The accommodations were not super luxurious, which fit our goals well since we prefer to be active and end up spending little time in the hotels. The food was fantastic throughout though! The custom riding jersey from the trip is now the favorite in our arsenal. All in all this was one of the best adventure vacations we had!

Excellent Tour, Highly Recommend

Just came back from a wonderful family holiday through Montenegro and the Croatian coastal area. It’s was a great combination of adventure, nature and culture. Our tour guides Vladimir and Vanja were excellent: knowledgeable, flexible and great fun. I highly recommend A.C.E Adventure Travel!!

Great trip Montenegro and southern Croatia

My 14-year-old son and I had a fantastic group trip through Montenegro and southern Croatia. We were excellently guided by our ACE tour guide and his intern, who organized fun activities every day and arranged nice places to eat. They always paid attention to our safety and comfort and were also very pleasant themselves. The group was great as well; we had a wonderful time!

What a fantastic trip!
A beautifully organised, fun filled adventure with a group of like minded people and a knowledgeable, interesting and hard-working guide.
I'm a solo, female traveller, not as brave, or as fit as I'd like to be, but I felt safe and looked after from the moment I joined the group at the airport until I left them at the end of the holiday.

Walking the islands of Montenegro and Croatia

This was a wonderful tour, wonderful week & wonderful experience. Our tour guide Vesna was outstanding in every way. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and made sure everyone in the group was safe, happy and enjoying the experience. We were able to visit places and restaurants that we otherwise would never have found. I would highly recommend this trip and I want to thank Vesna for making this such a fun, enjoyable and memorable trip.

Guided Walking Tour in Montenegro

I have just returned from an eight-day ACE tour booked through Headwater that took in three national parks and the Adriatic Coast.
We flew to Dubrovnik where we were met and taken on mountain roads to Zabljak, a ski resort. The hotel lacks lifts but was comfortable and centrally located near the supermarket and restaurants where we dined.
On our first day of hiking we visited the Durmitor National Park where we saw the glacial Black Lake before enjoying a memorable group picnic by Snake Lake with local produce and wine to celebrate a member’s birthday.
